Mr. Rajendra Shah, an engineering Graduate in Mechanics, brings his years of experience in entrepreneurship, finance and administration, coupled with entrepreneurial insights to AIA Engineering leadership. Mr. Shah is also the Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Harsha Engineers International Limited, a Bearing Cage producer.

Mr. Bhadresh Shah, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, is the founder of AIA Engineering. With strong technical knowledge and immense experience in the fields of production, finance, and technical administration, Mr. Shah focuses on process improvements, new product development, quality, and adherence to international manufacturing standards. His commitment to innovation and quality has made AIA Engineering Ltd. and Vega Industries a world renowned brand today.

Mr. Sanjay Majmudar, a very learned Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, is adept in corporate law and has worked in areas of direct tax law, financial advisory services, debt syndication, project finance, international structures and taxation planning, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Piyush B. Shah, Bachelor of Technology (Electrical Engineering) from IIT, Bombay (1975 Batch) was the founder of “Hi-Rel” (Hi-Rel Electronics (P) Ltd.), which was the pioneer in the field of Power Electronics, being almost the “First in India” to collaborate with Western and Japanese Companies, (Such as Rockwell Automation, Cyberex-Danaher, Vacon, Hitachi). He is passionately pursuing new ventures in the field of renewable energy, Energy Management and Battery Solutions. He is actively involved with IIT, Gandhinagar, being a member of the Endowment Committee. He was the chairman of CII, Gujarat in 2012-13 and was a member of various Western Region and National committees.

Mr. Yashwant M Patel, being a Graduate in Science with Chemistry, in his capacities as a whole-time director at AIA Engineering, brings his extensive and diverse experience in production, administration, human resources, and accounting to the leadership of AIA Engineering.

Mr. Udayan Choksi is a chartered accountant and lawyer and has been in practice for nearly 25 years. His areas of specialisation include GST, pre- GST taxes, and customs and international trade. He advises multinational corporations and India’s largest businesses in diverse industries on tax matters relating to business models, supply chains and contracts, as well assisting in investigations and representing in tax litigations. He is also actively involved in tax policy initiatives and advocacy, and is a member of prominent business and professional chambers. He is a Partner at Veritas Legal.

Mrs. Janaki Shah, an Economic Graduate, is an Independent Director with plenty of experience in textile manufacturing and computer education.

Mrs. Khushali S Solanki, a Diploma holder in Interior Design, has a wide range of experience in administration, marketing, and accounting. She is a non-executive, non-independent director at AIA.

Mrs. Bhumika Shodhan, a Bachelor in Fashion Design from NIFT is a non-executive, non-independent director at AIA with a diverse background in production, management, and administration.

Mr. Nitin Shukla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings with him over 44 years of rich and diverse experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has served for over 18 years in leadership roles as Managing Director and CEO of wholly owned joint ventures of multinational corporations in India. He was associated with the Shell Group till March, 2017. He served as Managing Director & CEO of Hazira LNG Pvt. Ltd. and Hazira Port Pvt. Ltd for around last 15 years. Under his leadership, the Hazira LNG terminal was successfully developed using an innovative spot cargo model, later transitioning to a service- provider-based structure combined with spot and short-term contracts. He also played a key role in the development of non-LNG cargo operations at Hazira Port through sub-concession route through international competitive bidding process.

Prior to his association with Shell, Mr. Shukla served as the Managing Director of Gujarat Powergen Energy Corporation Ltd. (a PowerGen UK group company) from July 1999 to February 2002. He also served as an Executive Director of Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation Ltd. (GTEC) from December 1997 to July 1999, where he played a key role in successful implementation of a 655 MW dual-fuel gas-based power project, completed on schedule and within budget. Earlier in his career, he worked with Engineers India Ltd. on large and complex projects and was associated with the initial stages of Nirma Ltd.’s soda ash and Linear Alkaline Benzene projects.

He was Chairman of CII-Gujarat, and member of National Hydrocarbon Council of CII and FICCI, Member of Advisory Council of CSIR-NEERI (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, National Environment Engineering Research Institute).

He is currently associated as a Trustee of Gujarat Vishwakosh Trust, Sabarmati Ashram Preservation and Memorial Trust (Gandhi Ashram), Darshak Itihas Nidhi, and as founding Director of Anuvad Academy and Research Foundation.
